Divorce services: Khollah services provided by Qal'bu Maryam Religious Specialist are full and binding, including support with legal county issued divorce proceedings. We will appraise you of your rights, and how to proceed with filing initial papers. We do not recognize triple talaq divorce, nor will we participate in polygynous marriages or Mu'tah. (The Quran is clear and polygynous marriage is extremely precise in terms of qualifications, most do not fulfill the qualifications outlined in the Quran, if you think you have a unique situation, please talk to our religious specialist. We must also advise that as far as polygymous marriage it is against the law in the State of California.

Marriage: Nikah's provided for couples who desire Islamic marriage, if only Islamic marriage it must be notarized, notary public supplied for this purpose. The charge is: 100.00 for consultations, counseling, and additional assistance on an as needed basis. Performing the Nikkah: 350.00 (includes cost of purchasing a deputized certificate to perform weddings through Alameda County or SF County, transportation, and materials etc.) * no one turned away for lack of funds.
Match making: We do not do match making, however if you would like counseling regarding how to pick a partner, and how to proceed with getting to know that person we can offer services and guidance. We offer joint couple counseling as well. (For those sisters and others who request it, we offer escorting and chaperone service)

Spiritual Counseling: spiritual counseling is available for couples and individuals. Please call and set up a session. Sessions are 1 hour in length. Charge is 150.00 an hour. Please call for appt.
