      CORONA VIRUS 2020

Corona virus and how to avoid contamination

Worldwide people are contracting and some dying from the Corona Virus.  The best guidance at this point is to go to this link: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

For Muslims the best advice is to follow the CDC Guidelines, to shelter in place, to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, take vitamins and find ways of fighting boredom during isolations and quarantine. We encourage you to not hoard food, toilet paper or other goods.  Please take care of the elders in the community and make sure that you do good hand washing  (20sec)
There are many conspiracy theories afoot and one must be encouraged to ignore them.  There are no cures, they are working on a vaccine, but it is not likely to be available for some time.  Do not shake hands, and clean all counters and surfaces with a recommended cleaner: bleach, or a lysol solution.  Vinegar is not recommended as it does not kill the virus.   Stay well
