For Muslims the best advice is to follow the CDC Guidelines, to shelter in place, to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, take vitamins and find ways of fighting boredom during isolations and quarantine. There are many conspiracy theories afoot and one must be encouraged to ignore them.  There are no cures, they are working on a vaccine, but it is not likely to be available for some time.  Do not shake hands, and clean all counters and surfaces with a recommended cleaner: bleach, or a lysol solution.  Vinegar is not recommended as it does not kill the virus.   Stay well
